In the year 2001, the company, initially founded as a taxi service, swiftly gained recognition for its reliability, friendly service, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Around 2016, the company witnessed an emerging need within the community for specialized transportation services catering to medical needs. Recognizing the profound impact they could have by serving those who require assistance with medical transportation, the company began to shift its focus towards Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT).

This transition was marked by a commitment to compassion, safety, and accessibility. Metro Transport took extra care to ensure that its fleet was equipped to meet the unique needs of its passengers, and that the staff was trained to provide the highest level of care.
